Loan Market were replatforming and refining their entire home loan digital experience.
A piece of that puzzle is the documentation to present multiple loan recommendations to the consumer for them select one and cosign with the broker.
I was engaged by the CXO for 6 weeks to envision what this document could be, looking at it through a human lens in a user centered approach, while still honoring the legalities and compliance requirements in a super regulated industry.
It was a long time since I'd worked up a print document. I channeled some old school graphic design techniques using grids systems, with tonnes of information design and data mapping.
Me, in a totally candid shot, reviewing the final output. The final print ended up being 10 meters long at 50% resolution.
One of the best outcomes from any project is when the product owners, stakeholders, clients, or colleagues are engaged, invested and take ownership of the output, in this case the CXO and Lead Designer.
